![]() ![]() I offered to redeem or refund what you had. You came in with a single pass for one game of laser tag. We have no way of truly knowing whether you lost the passes or used the passes. 9 months have passed since the date of your original purchase, honestly there is really no way to track what happened to those passes. Unfortunately, you would be hard pressed to find a company that would refund a product with a receipt and no product. The issue here is often a company will refund a product without a receipt provided the customer is nice about it. On the contrary, we have a proven history of treating our customers right, often offering them great deals. Clearly we have not been in business for nearly 5 years by practicing poor business ethics like you suggest. You would have been provided with the exact number of passes, or an appropriately marked multi-pass, that you purchased at the counter. We have a clearly marked policy of selling individual passes. It does not state on it that it would be good for multiple players to play a single game of laser tag. In fact, you had the laser tag pass that clearly states that it is good for one game of laser tag. Nor am I disputing that you had purchased anything. While I don't like seeing a one-star review, I do appreciate being able to respond openly.Īt no point of our conversation did I dispute that you had visited Lightspeed previously. They get one star only due to manager/owner was available to speak with myself. This was a big disappointment and theirs so much more I'd like to say. At this point we will travel even further for laser tag as we will not return to this establishment not to mention they are not close to my house. I showed him my bank statement as proof that I've paid for the laser tag advised he can view his cameras as well that I nor my children have not been back since our April initial visit. "How does he know I've not redeemed alt passes previously" One why would I waist my time when I can easily pay for additional play time for my boys and so many additional reason I could have provided. Which left me baffled as to how can he be an owner with the response he provided me. I was told one child, the owner Jeff Majdock or so the person said he's one of the owners. Went to redeem that offer and was told pass good for one game I guess at this point one game does not include all 5 of my boys after I've paid for them. I was advised said pass could be redeemed prior to the year end. And I was provided with a pass for the laser tag after paying and running out of time for the boys to enjoy. Due to my party of 7(5 boys dad and myself)arrived an hr before closing we could only par take in go carting. I took my five sons here back in April 2016. It was still fun, but needs to be a little more organized. Next time, I'll go to our normal place, which has 3 different upstairs areas n bigger for big groups like us. It was a little pricey for the small and short time we played. Okay, I guess we had too, but it's way to small in there for 2 big groups of 2 different teams. ![]() Then back to laser tag we go, so we wanted to play just with our big group, but the lady insisted the group in their wanted to play against us. So almost got ripped off of one person's ride. Next went onto go carts awesome had a great time, but the guy said I didnt take ur paper, ummm yes u did. While going into laser tag part first, they tore off 2 laser tags on one paper, which each person had their own paper. There were 2 people at the desk, the guy was very happy go lucky, but the female was very rude n didnt seem like she cared.
